Overall Satisfaction with Control-M

Control-M is use to perform all batch processing for the company. Help us with downloads/uploads to our external customers, maintain our SLA for billing and payroll amount other things

  • Process SAP tasks
  • File transfers
  • SQL backups

Cons

  • Web server and self service needs to be improved
  • The SSL configuration for self service needs to be simplify
  • Do better QA of new releases
  • much faster processing
  • accurately services are deliver on time
