We use our Control-M thru our batch processing and like task scheduler job.
When migrating a batch process, we usually used the Knowledge article to resolve issues, if not we open a BMC ticket to resolve it.

- Batch processing was improve from manual to automated
- Notification for errors encountered
- We can easily get the estimated time of completion of all jobs
