Overall Satisfaction with Control-M

We are struggling to maintain synchronization in our production environment. Still, with the help of Control-M, we have created automation jobs that execute tasks in a timely and precise manner. Additionally, it helps alert the user whenever there is a system glitch, etc. Automation not only helps to eradicate issues but also represents a significant move, as it results in fewer customer escalations.

10 - Our Team comprises Testing, Development, and DevOps teams. The Testing team uses Control-M to restart the process. Whereas developer use it for Jar Checkin , Jar Build Purpose and the main and primary use of application is done by Devops people where they deploy the changes.make automatic backend scripts in order to get the jobs working round the clock.
User experience is meeting my expectations. We had a manual checklist, which Control-M Reports has now replaced, that helped us check the jobs without any issues. So, being fair with the work, the ratings should also be fair. More to come as the AI progresses; this will not only help motivate the Control-M Developers but also lead to the development of advanced technology.
Jenkins is a user-friendly tool, but it doesn't offer the same blend of features that Control-M has. Often, Jenkins jobs become stuck, but Control-M typically doesn't; instead, it generates an alert to the designated email recipient. In the case of production, this act is so quick.

Handling automation backend jobs helped avoid team and customer escalations. One hundred jobs are running behind the server, for which manual monitoring is ineffective. Therefore, automated scripts are used, which are run via Control-M Jobs. There is no restriction on job scheduling. I can schedule N number of jobs as per convenience and business needs.
