Cornerstone onDemand is the Learning Management System for my organization. Cornerstone onDemand tracks, delivers and analyzes development opportunities.
- Cornerstone OnDemand is a comprehensive learning management system.
- Customer service is particularly good.
- The LMS home page is easily customized to reflect the culture of the organization.
- Transition from a previous product can be challenging so Cornerstone OnDemand provides an excellent transition team.
- The product provides many unique and useful features that are available for a cost. Having access to those features in the beginning would be helpful to determine whether the feature would be useful for a new client.
- As with most LMS products Cornerstone seems to be successful in providing a platform for online, asynchronous as well synchronous presentations which is positive.
- Docebo LMS and Blackboard
Cornerstone OnDemand seems to be more user friendly and can be branded to fit an organization.

The interface is extremely interactive and can be branded to fit the organization culture.
I would not change the evaluation process.

Yes - Phases included a review of product features/training, transfer of course materials and tracking dates.
Change management was minimal - We had buy-in from management so communication was key. The product was easy to introduce to employees and login info was easy to disseminate.

Support has been excellent throughout the initial and ongoing usage of the product. All support staff including cornerstone employees and integration specialists have been superb.
