Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

Cornerstone OnDemand is being used across the whole organization as our LMS. It is serving as the central point for all materials and trainings to be housed through our organization. It is serving as repository and access for training requests in our organization. Several departments are using it for third-party content while the focus is for self-produced trainings.

  • Integration with many third-party content providers.
  • Excellent for large organizations providing different cost content.
  • Implementation is provided by third-party vendors.
  • Contact during implementation is strictly through third-party vendors.
  • Not efficient for flat organizations.
  • Implementation has caused several issues with deploying to our users.
If you are a large organization providing content from various sources, internal or external, and this content varies on cost, free vs. fee, then this tool will allow you to manipulate every tiny aspect of these trainings to deliver directly to your user. There are also plenty of big companies that offer additional functionality.
