Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

We have been using Cornerstone for 5+ years to manage our performance review cycle and to house our online learnings. We recently started utilizing the Succession module last year in Cornerstone.
  • Excellent Customer Support!! Our CSM Jocelyne is great and very supportive and very knowledgable. Global Product Support is fantastic when we call in with questions, and they also have office hour sessions where you can participate in calls to have your questions answered by other CSMs and users.
  • Great resources online through their success center including videos, guided tutorials and online help guides.
  • They also have great organizations they partner with such as Tribridge. We have been able to utilize Tribridge for new system implementations and they have been fantastic!
  • Would love to associate certificates to a specific learning objective (LO).
  • No way to set goals offline, we have an international population who can do their review offline, but can't actually put their goals into system. This perpetuates a cycle of having to use manual reviews for these folks.
  • Performance is running smoothly in system but looking forward to taking it to next level so we can see impact on Agency objectives.
Really can't think of anywhere where it wouldn't be suited unless your HRIS had a performance/learning/ATS already integrated, but it probably wouldn't be at caliber of Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD). We are moving to new a HRIS but are keeping Cornerstone to manage our performance/succession/learning.
