Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
Cornerstone is used by our entire organization. For my position specifically I use Cornerstone as an ATS system to review applicants and share them as appropriate with hiring managers. As an organization, Cornerstone is used as an employee warehouse and a management system for performance evaluations.
- Cornerstone is aligned to HireVue, which is the second step in our interview process. This cross-exchange of candidate information is convenient.
- Cornerstone allows multiple hiring managers to view the same candidates and information which is great for consistency across the organization.
- Cornerstone allows for large amounts of candidates to be processed.
- Cornerstone is difficult to do things in large batches. For example, in order to view a candidates resume, it must be downloaded one by one.
- Cornerstone data reports can be difficult to understand as you figure out which fields to pull in to your reports.
- Like in many ATS systems, it can be difficult to make changes without re-doing lots of things in terms of creating an application.
- It's positive in that both our schools and central office can use the same performance management system.
- It's positive that hiring managers all across our organization can use the system based on set user permissions.
- It's negative in it's bulkiness and inability to change as we want it to sometimes.
