Cornerstone OnDemand is being used as a Learning Management System for our organization. We are planning on implementing the LMS across the organization. This will help us centralize training and training request as well as provide an easier learning experience for all employees. Before Cornerstone, training could be found if various location without any clear process for accessing materials.
