Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

Cornerstone is used by our entire organization. We use it for performance, learning and development.
  • Integrates learning, development and performance into one application.
  • Updates and enhances the system on a regular basis.
  • Integrates with other applications such as HRIS easily.
  • It would be nice for more control over some of the back-end fixes.
  • It could be more intuitive for end users.
  • Streamlined performance
  • Online learning options
  • Streamlined Development assessment, planning and tracking.
I think Cornerstone is the best product on the market.
The functionality and options for both building performance and development are excellent. The ability to track all forms of training taken and generate custom reports is also a benefit of the application.
