Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
It's a useful system that saves us time in compliance. We've automated our training assignments and reports. It's easy for the business to see who needs to do what. The admin burden we had before has been greatly reduced.
- Powerful reporting
- Automation of training assignments
- Mobile app needs improvement. There are currently two out there for the learning suite which can cause confusion.
- Decreased time spent by employees gathering data for audits or assigning training.
In comparison, Cornerstone is far more robust in terms of assigning training and reporting.
