Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using Cornerstone company-wide for a variety of functions from performance management to learning and development. We are currently implementing compensation within Cornerstone for a full circle approach to performance management. We were able to redevelop and distribute our performance reviews more efficiently.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Cornerstone allows us to distribute performance reviews more timely and efficiently for our entire organization.
Cornerstone allows us to provide real-time feedback to our employees, even those who work remotely.
Cornerstone has allowed us to store and track all of our policies and job qualification documents.

Cons

I wish there was more visibility from the top down when it comes time to deploy reviews. Our VP's and Managers would like to be able to easily access their team's reviews and progress.
I would like to see more options available on the Universal Profile. We would really like to have a resume/LinkedIn option without having to purchase the Recruitment module.

Return on Investment

Cornerstone has allowed us to streamline a number of our HR functions which allows us to focus on other tasks.
Cornerstone has been able to serve as a data storage for our policies and procedures as well as help with distribution to our employees.
