Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
Our organization has over 900 employees throughout 40 locations and we track over 75 different program requirements. Setting up curriculums that are easy to manage and update has been a great help. A "set it and forget it" approach to managing training and requirements, and creating systems that are able to be changed and updated is a great help. The integration of ADP—Cornerstone has been a lifesaver no need to create/deactivate accounts. The support side could improve a bit, but otherwise, they offer a large library of online resources which is great and the office hours are a great help.
