Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
Cornerstone OnDemand is used by the whole organization, which contains around 26000 employees. We were not using any digital learning options before using Cornerstone Learning. Now we can offer our employees all the tools they need to further develop their knowledge and wellbeing and give them the opportunity to keep on learning, even in this daunting time.

- Reporting 2.0 is to complex to set up with all the different permissions
- Questions for support always take a lot of time
- There are a lot of ways for doing 1 particular action, for example creating a training
- We are able to reach much more employees with training.
- We have everything on HR in one system.
I used when working with a former employer. They chose SAP because they were already using SAP for a lot of other HR purposes. This made it easy to combine and implement with the others.
