Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

We use it to register customers for instructor led courses, events that we have for our external customers as well. We also use it for storing their training records for any courses or certifications they have take thru us. We use it for signing up customers for virtual training via Zoom. We also have them take online courses. The product is also used for internal employees as well to get their much needed professional development hours.

I don't really have anything else to compare it to as I have never used a talent management system before this one. I like the Learning Module and we will hopefully continue to use for a few more years.

It is easy to teach new users how to administer in Cornerstone. I think that it is easier for our customers to use than our last LMS which was called Training Partner. It helps us track their learning milestones and store their ongoing learning. It is overall very user friendly.

Using Cornerstone OnDemand

40 - Training of their customers. They all have different customers that are across the State of Tennessee and within the University of Tennessee.
10 - Everyone does this as their second job. We have admins across all our organizations, but no one does this full time.

We really just don't want to switch and spend money on an unknown lms at this point.

We needed something with a cart and use of purchase.. but the product was never met to hold invoices, etc.. and that was misrepresent in the sales. We had to spend a lot of money making our own to talk to cornerstone.
we would have found out more about the financial part and if it was really workable for our organization.
Overall, after months of learning the product and training others it works, and our customers do not complain like the did for Training Partner.

Cornerstone OnDemand Support

It used to be a 10 when we had our own person we could go to for the tough questions. Now that we do not have that assistance can be very frustrating.
