The Sales Pitch for Cornerstone while being great, left us a bit disappointed when the tool got implemented. Although it is a game-changer and radically improved the learning experience the after-sales service has left us a bit disappointed. Since the overall package makes up for the situation, we can safely recommend it but while exercising caution.

Cornerstone OnDemand is a complex tool to implement since it is an off-the-shelf product and cannot be heavily customized. Hence it is better for companies who don't have requirements of a unique nature to work with. The after-sales support is also not excellent as is usually highlighted but the overall package of the interface and product is worth the money.
