Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

We use Cornerstone across our company (about 500 employees). Using Cornerstone has taken a lot of effort out of what used to be manual tasks and has eliminated our use for paper.

Pros

  • Evolving System
  • Customization
  • Lots of Resources

Cons

  • Difficult to learn the system (takes time)
  • I appreciate the customization, but the natural interface could be a little better
  • More 1:1 training opportunities with Cornerstone Admin
  • It meets our need for increased employee engagement.
  • Cornerstone exceeds our need for increased productivity.
  • It meets our need for maintaining compliance.
Very configurable. You can do a lot, but need to use/know HTML.
Cornerstone has improved how we do business, and I appreciate that the company is always taking the feedback of it's customers and making the platform better.
