Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

Cornerstone On Demand is our main Learning Management System. We had 5 LMSs before we brought in Cornerstone On Demandand we were able to eliminate them all and consolidate into one platform that made the user experience so much better! It was a great experience to implement the platform and help our users adopt the new technology.

It's very easy to use and configure. We were able to customize the tool and adapt it to our company's needs.
Cornerstone on Demand is one of the leading Learning Management Systems out there. Their platform is a state of the art talent management solution. We will be implementing performance reviews in the next year, and we are excited to finally be able to connect employee learning to development, coaching, performance and succession planning.
