Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
We were struggling with employees consistently meeting their course assignment deadlines. Our company needed a way to track the regulatory courses assigned to all of our employees. We purchased [Cornerstone OnDemand] in 2016 for that purpose. Since we began using [Cornerstone OnDemand], we have been able to successfully manage all course assignments and no employees have been late in completing their courses. The best part - [Cornerstone OnDemand] has become a major part of our efforts to shift our learning culture to focus beyond just regulatory training.
- We have been beyond thrilled with the level of customer service we receive. On the rare occasion that something doesn't work like we've anticipated, or if we have questions, we have multiple CSOD resources supporting our journey.
- We are really happy with the learning suite. The Learner Home page and the various carousels provide an engaging experience for our learners.
- We've been really happy with the updates they've made to Reporting 2.0. It's made it a lot easier for us to provide the level of information our executives are looking for.
- [Cornerstone OnDemand] does a great job of bringing their customers together. This allows us to collaborate with other [Cornerstone OnDemand] users and learn from their experience.
- We are really impressed with the functionality in their Performance and Career products! Unfortunately, it's cost prohibitive for us. A lower cost structure for organizations with fewer employees would be appreciated and would allow us to expand the products we use with [Cornerstone OnDemand].
- Our initial goal was to track course compliance. We have met and exceeded that goal. The system provides an easy way for administrators, managers, and learners to track their assignments and course status.
- Our secondary goals was to increase employee engagement. Once we migrated to their Learner Home page, we saw an increase in non-regulatory course registrations and completions.
