Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

Up to recently, we were using Cornerstone OnDemand mainly for annual reviews [and] competency assessment.
We are now in the process to use it as API for internal and external candidates, learning hosting platform, and learning assignation follow-up.
  • Customer care: relationship with our account manager is really fluid and fruitful, especially when developing and integrating new functionalities.
  • Onboarding process, really didactic for new comers and appreciated.
  • Reduce the number of clicks: for competencies bank management, it is necessary to save twice at least before submitting any modification.
  • Allow sorting by different means (names, ID etc), by default competencies are listed by alphabetical order which for our particular field is not the most convenient.
  • Increased productivity
  • Automating part of the talent management process

I think that it is difficult to find the tailor made solution within commercial product such as Cornerstone OnDemand. Indeed, our collaborators are highly technical[ly] skilled people who gain experience and expertise over time and practicing.
[I believe that] it is really difficult to monitor without having a cumbersome process.
I put 6 because I don't have the necessary feedback for other HRIS software providers to make a comparison.
