Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand

Cornerstone OnDemand is used by our organization on a business-wide level. This impacts all areas of the business. We are currently using Cornerstone OnDemand as a way to centralize our learning platforms. This solves the user experience for learning in the organization. We do not currently use it for much compliance training.

Cornerstone OnDemand is one of the steady-eddies of the learning management system game. You know it will do what it needs to do, and it may not be the flashiest or the newest technology, but you know it will get the job done at the end of the day--from certifications to testing to learning.
It's a bit limited to what you can do with the front page. The custom page editor is very poorly designed and hard to use. There's quite a lot of flexibility if you have a coder available to spend the time to custom code the LMS. However, the out-of-the-box portal is customizable, but it does take quite a lot of work to get it there.
Cornerstone OnDemand has made some strides in making the platform better, but they have so much farther to go and they are a slow-moving behemoth when it comes to adding new features that are in other platforms already. Their customer success reps are the best and really know the platform and the system. Their learning program to educate yourself on how to use the system is also incredibly stellar.
