Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
We're currently using CSOD's Learning Module company-wide as the system of record for all mandatory and compliance tracking. Thru existing partnerships with LinkedIn Learning and CSOD's Content Anywhere the system is also an integral part of our employee and talent management development strategies.
Pros
- The platform is extremely configurable allowing the flexibility to support multiple business cases.
- Cost effective.
- Good reporting functionality.
Cons
- Help desk processes need to be more efficient
- Addition of OJT and Observation checklists as part of the Learning Module. You currently need a Performance subscription which doesn't make sense as these are critical training modalities needed on the Learning side.
- Sometimes it's all about the money to get the level of customer service you expect. Why should you have to pay for a higher-priced support plan to get what I define as expected service levels?
- Compliance tracking achieved.
- California grant re-imbursements achieved.
- Employee development achieved.
