In my organization, we use Cornerstone to roll out the performance for the year. We also use it for our in-house and LinkedIn learnings. For the learning, we have an integration with LinkedIn such that employees go into the LinkedIn courses and receive certificates, but through Cornerstone. We use Cornerstone for our recruitments

I have used cornerstone on demand for about 4 years now and I can say that I have been very pleased with the features [it] offers. I am actually more pleased with the flexibility of being able to integrate with multiple third-party platforms that we have to use inhouse as our HRIS
