Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
We use Cornerstone as an HR system (incl. employment, holidays) and LMS. We have offices in a few European countries and use CSOD in all of them, so we have a common system and from the HQ side can see all employees. We also use additional possibilities of the system, e.g. once a year we invite managers to the 360 feedback.
- learning object assignment
- creating automatically groups of employees
- good reporting
- the LMS administration panel is non-intuitive and requires a lot of time to create anything
- time savings for mandatory trainings - goal not achieved
Cornerstone is a more holistic system, we have all necessary modules in one place, don't need to switch between different systems. On the other hand, the admin panel in CSOD, especially in the learning module, is out of date, and preparing learning activities is very time-consuming. So as always there are pros and cons.
