Overall Satisfaction with Cornerstone OnDemand
We use Cornerstone for the whole organization but only in Europe so far. However, we plan to also implement the system at our other subsidiaries in the world. Cornerstone helps us to manage recruiting, learning, performance, and succession in only one system instead of buying a system for recruiting, another system for learning, and so on.
- great user community (always ready for help)
- great online help and release documentation
- new features are available 4 times per year
- client suggestions are ignored or not addressed seriously
- quality and responsiveness of customer support has to be improved
- some areas in the system are in outdated design
