Cornerstone [OnDemand] is an integral part of our organization. It enables us to reach our dispersed workforce (employees, volunteers, and contractors) with ease. It revolutionized our archaic paper-based performance review process and modernized our learning experience. It had an immediate impact on our ability to dive deep into the organization and to provide a consistent, agile, and configurable solution to our performance and learning processes.

It is not perfect but does what it is intended to do with its core competencies in learning and performance. I have used many other products over the years and this is as good if not better than any of those. I am a big fan of their improvements to the Learning modules and hope to see the same in Performance.
