We use CrashPlan for simple backup and restore of user data. We had issues with our old backup solution so it was time to do a replacement of the product with something new.

- User self-service is very easy.
- A little better reporting
- ROI is hard to calculate with data, but we average about 2 TB of data restored every 30 days. This is available 7 days a week.
- Employee efficiency has gone up since we can cut out the middle man to allow users to restore their data without having to contact IT.
- HP Connected Backup
No comparison - less server and OS administration and it is more focused on the client. Expansion is incredibly easy as well.
