Pros

  • We were looking for an easy and affordable way to schedule and publish social media posts, get guidance on when to post, engage with our most engaged and most influential followers, and analyze the reach of our posts. Crowdbooster checks all of these boxes.
  • Manage multiple accounts very easily
  • Find the most optimal time (as calculated by Crowdbooster) to schedule posts to maximize reach
  • Find & engage with out biggest social advocates

Cons

  • Doesn't seem like an ideal tool for enterprise social media management. t does not have enterprise-level features like CRM & web analytics integration, and role-based permissions.
  • Before selecting Crowdbooster, we managed all of our social media accounts manually, so it has decreased the amount of time we spend on these tasks.
It meets all of our requirements.
We have fairly basic social media requirements (1 Twitter account, 2 Facebook pages). Crowdbooster is certainly not the most robust social media management tool, but for the price and ease-of-use, it does the job for us.
