Overall Satisfaction with Crownpeak Digital Quality Management (DQM)

We use to scan all our sites for Accessibility issues.
  • Automatically scans the issues every week.
  • Support is great and quick.
  • Communication is excellent.
  • Automated ADA issues are summarized.
  • Pricing could be optimized a bit.
  • Majority of issues are left out for manual scans.
  • Few more issues could be automated.
Support team is extremely efficient and responsive.

Not ideal for most of the manual case testing. Automated test cases reported could be caught by few more tools similar to DQM which are a lot more affordable. DQM could offer more personalized packages for manual testing accompanied by automated scans. The cases covered are ideal but more work could be done around automating more test cases.
