We are using Crownpeak DQM for accessibility compliance. It's across our entire organization. It addresses issues on site, mobile, and app, and helps grow our audience and reach users who would not otherwise be able to enjoy our content.

  • Explanation of services at the beginning of exploration.
  • Explanation of relationship between DQM and Ilumino.
  • Setting out a clear roadmap for the lifespan of the contract.
  • Access to content by a wider range audience.
  • Relationship with government customers who require VPAT compliance.

Crownpeak DQM is well suited to manage larger corporations' needs around accessibility. Quick response times were appreciated and trialing the product to multiple teams was rather seamless. Crownpeak seemed less appropriate to use with a highly technical suite of products where specialized training of those products/services was required.
