Overall Satisfaction with Curve Hero
Our office made the decision to change our dental software to Curve Hero over 6 years ago and it was the best decision ever! We went from being limited to a server to being cloud-based thus enabling us to access our database from anywhere. Due to us having a satellite office at the time, the server was not working properly for us but once we found Curve it solved all the problems we were having. We no longer have to call IT to fix a server issue because being cloud-based eliminates that.

- Allows our dr and emergency on-call personnel to access patients records at all times in the case of after hours emergency.
We evaluated Carestack software but found it far too complicated and too many steps to do. It was lacking the ease of use that Curve Hero has. We were looking for something that was user-friendly and easy to understand Curve Hero had all of that.

Yes, we were having an issue with another vendor software that integrated with Curve and that vendor was having trouble resolving it. I reached out to Curve and they resolved it for us (and the vendor) within a day and even called me at home after hours to assure me they would handle it by contacting the said vendor and walking them through how to correct it. That was invaluable to me as they did not have to go that extra mile but they did! That is the kind of customer service they have, they treat you like family.
