Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I [use] CVViZ for my department as our HR department relies heavily on recruiters and job boards solely for sourcing candidates. The challenge right now with the current hiring is that it is painfully slow amidst the pandemic happening in the country. Using the software, I am able to quickly build a landing page for my team's openings without relying on these job boards and paying for every candidate that applies to my job posting. I am also able to use the software's features to properly sift thru all of the candidates and tag those who are qualified for the next steps.

Career page could be made more customizable and sleeker than it is right now

Compliance settings not just for GDPR
Custom SMTP settings for email integration

Multi brands hiring for the organization. Meaning I can hire for the parent and the subsidiaries.

CVViZ is well suited for hiring across brands managed by a company. This software can be used by internal hiring teams or agencies with hiring requirements from client companies.

The software is very easy to use for people with no prior experience of using applicant tracking systems. There is minimal to zero learning curve as everything inside the platform is self explanatory and really easy to use.

Unfortunately for teams where each position needs to be handled only by a specific person or a group of persons, the current user control access inside CVViZ is not yet suited for this purpose. A user can be added to the organization and he has access to everything inside the platform.
