Overall Satisfaction with CVViZ
I [use] CVViZ for my department as our HR department relies heavily on recruiters and job boards solely for sourcing candidates. The challenge right now with the current hiring is that it is painfully slow amidst the pandemic happening in the country. Using the software, I am able to quickly build a landing page for my team's openings without relying on these job boards and paying for every candidate that applies to my job posting. I am also able to use the software's features to properly sift thru all of the candidates and tag those who are qualified for the next steps.
