Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Finding suitable candidates for the right jobs was a significant challenge. Many people come and go, especially in our line of work, and with the current generation, who want everything fast and easy. This tool helps to simplify the process and make hiring easier, by using artificial intelligence to streamline the work for us.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Easy to set up (Everything is self-explanatory).
Nice interface (Very intuitive).
Artificial intelligence (Making use of AI to do the work).
Post to various platforms (Exposure to get more candidates).

Cons

No white label (Unable to host in our domain).
Limited number of the job posting (Only five jobs for starter plan).
Limited templates (The email templates are simple, more customizable options will be preferred).

CVViZ is well suited to add new jobs and descriptions and post on different platforms to find suitable candidates for the job. After that, it is easy to rank and match the resumes to the job. CVViZ may not be well suited for email follow-ups as the templates are limited for now. It will be good if we can have more integrations with different tools available in the market.
