Overall Satisfaction with D&B Connect

We use D&B Connect to review all builders hired by our clients. D&B Connect gives us the information needed to review and accurately assess each builder proposed by our clients. It also provides us their history of building and history as company as a whole with thorough information that leads us to making decisions on whether to allow them or not

Pros

Cons

  • Better at removing older profiles
  • Search bar could be more defined
  • Easy to use
The website is easy to navigate and really through in the presentation of each profile. The profile was easy to read and the D&B Connect codex score is broken down clearly for me to read. If there is one detraction the advanced search is useful but often the issue remains between two different builder profiles as an older one isnt deleted

D&B Connect would be suited towards helping my coworkers assess and review profiles of companies to gather further information on their history since they began operating in business. However for the credit portion of a review, I would not recommend D&B Connect because it doesnt give enough details on that side of things
