D&B Credit Insights Basic

Overall Satisfaction with D&B Credit Insights

Needed to download a report to include in a client proposal which required me to pay for a subscription for one month. Other than using it to download a report, it's not a product we would regularly use due to the nature of our clients and business.

Pros

  • Insight into business health
  • Reports
  • Payment history

Cons

  • Report download wasn't easy
  • Options for a simple report rather than all the details included
  • I only used it to pull a report so I don't have much insight into this
Couldn't tailor the report I needed to provide a potential client in the way that I would have liked.

Again, I don't think we are the business that needs this type of service but it could be useful to someone that deals with a lot of clients or vendors
