Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it as intended as a password manager. Mostly for our developers and higher level management who have multiple accounts to manage and passwords to manage over those accounts. Having the built in 2FA also helps in the aspect that it makes it so we don't have to have a dedicated device just for accounts that need 2FA instead we can have them built into the login of the account.

Security Keys like the Yubi Key would be a nice built in feature
When editing a login it would be nice to be able to edit it in the browser extension and not have to have a whole new window open up to edit it
Having a extended delay on the auto login feature would be nice as some users find it annoying when they are trying to log into a service that has a different account Number that they need to switch between.

Less time spent on Credential management
IT can offboard employees easier as they dont have to grab passwords from the user before they are let go
The ROI is there
The security aspect of it is nice just need to a few more security features implemented.

Usability

I use Bitwarden personally at home and I enjoy the features of Dashlane Password Manager a little bit more than I do of Bitwarden but I cant make the switch because Dashlane Password Manager doesn't offer a security Key option and I have security keys on my Bitwarden that I use. Other than that if Dashlane Password Manager offered a free plan for up to 2 users I would switch as soon as I saw the security key feature in the program.

Bitwarden and Keeper

I was going to go with Keeper for my company but the sales guy that I talked to quoted me wrong and dissuaded me from going with Keeper because of that. I didn't go with Bitwarden as it doesn't have enough security features that I was looking for for the price it offered, and with most of its development being open sourced I wasn't that okay with putting my company through that.

Likelihood to Recommend

Its well suited in companies with developers and users that juggle multiple accounts that they have to jump between all day long. But otherwise if you have users with only a few accounts its not suited well for them as they should be able to remember their passwords for the 2 to 5 accounts that they have to go between. But any more accounts than 5 I would say its beneficial for users.
