Overall Satisfaction with Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room

We use it as a place to organize our document requests and documents received for our diligence procedures. Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room is very good at organizing the folders and making it easy to set notification preferences, unlike many other virtual data rooms. It addresses the issue of organizing documents in an orderly fashion.

It is very easy to use and navigate. It is my favorite compared to other virtual data rooms.

It is much easier using Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room to navigate subfolders. I like how Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room allows you to look through folders using the table of contents on the left side compared Intralinks which doesn't have that feature.

I think it is well suited for all deals where diligence is necessary. It may be more difficult for lots of different diligence providers given the organization and subfolders needed.
