Overall Satisfaction with Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room

I'm part of a Big4 consulting firm and use Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room for helping set-up and access the client's data on various due diligence jobs. The layout, design, and UI are very efficient. It saves a lot of time in searching the relevant files and instant notifications are really helpful in tracking the new data in real-time.

Pros

  • Helps managing the request list/ Q&A alongside the data uploads
  • Data indexing
  • Provides both folder and file view with ability to filter by date

Cons

  • At the time of login, it would really helpful if it show the summary of recent uploads - e.g. of no of new files by date.
  • 20% hours saved on the data organization
