Overall Satisfaction with Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room

We are using it for sell side VDRs - providing process materials to potential buyers and investors. As an analyst, I am the main person using the dataroom (setting it up, permissioning people, etc.)

Pros

  • Permissioning is the best option
  • UI/UX is way ahead
  • Smooth and quick to operate

Cons

  • Fewer clicks to do things
  • Saves me a ton of time and avoids mistakes (and this is incredibly crucial in my day to day)
Very smooth and seamless, much easier to navigate and quicker than others.
Those are way harder to navigate, worse UI, slower, etc.
