Overall Satisfaction with Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room

I work as a Paralegal at a corporate law firm and we have used Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room as a virtual data room to upload corporate documents and due diligence in connection to the companies we are working with. This helps reduce the amount of emails being sent back and forth.

Pros

  • Reduces the number of emails being sent back and forth
  • Has everything in one spot
  • Can provide access to both sides of a deal

Cons

  • Allow for OCR
  • Cut down on time sending due diligence and corporate documents back and forth
  • Allows for everyone to review documents in the same place
Relatively easy to use. Would be nice if it could do OCR
Datasite Diligence Virtual Data Room was more user friendly
