Overall Satisfaction with Dayforce Powerpay

I am using Dayforce Powerpay for almost three years now, for bi-weekly payroll within our organization.

Pros

  • High quality services and continuous support provided
  • Exceptional Customer Service, every single time!
  • Continuous evolution
  • An app easy to navigate and learn

Cons

  • I do not have anything in my mind at the moment. Whenever I encounter a difficulty, Customer Service is always there for support!
  • Dayforce Powerpay is an easy to use platform at a very fair cost.
I believe that, even with minimum or no training, the system is quite easy to use and intuitive, of course, if you have the curiosity to discover how to use it. Customer support is outstanding!!! In my opinion, this is the greatest asset of Dayforce Powerpay! Regardless the issue, Customer Service is always there to support you and to help you navigate the platform. I would like to take this opportunity and to thank everyone who is part of the Customer Support Team! Well done! Keep up the amazing work!
