Overall Satisfaction with Dayforce Powerpay

We use Dayforce Powerpay to process payroll for our employees. In addition, Dayforce Powerpay easily submits required remittances to Canada Revenue Agency as well as preparing and filing T4 and other required reporting. Dayforce Powerpay enables payment to our employees by direct deposit and calculates all necessary taxes from salary, benefits and other forms of compensation. The system delivers pay statements and tax forms directly to employees through Self Service.

Generally speaking, Dayforce Powerpay is easy to use - once you learn the system. Finding the correct information can be complicated due to the confusing menu layout. The system could have a better layout, however once you learn the system it's relatively intuitive and easy to use. There is a high hurdle rate to the system, but it does work well once you learn how to effectively use it.

Dayforce Powerpay makes it easy for smaller organizations to maintain an accurate payroll system, send remittances to Canada Revenue Agency and remain compliant with the Income Tax Act. Dayforce Powerpay platform is easy to use and there is great phone support and customer service to help if needed if you are unsure how to use the system. I recommend Dayforce Powerpay for small and medium sized organizations.
