Overall Satisfaction with Deacom ERP

We manufacture tortillas and wraps. Deacom ERP helps us accross the board from Sales to WMS, and operations, etc.

Pros

  • WMS
  • EDI
  • Accounting
  • Logging and reporting on changes

Cons

  • Active directory integration, we aren't and I don't know if it is supported
  • Integration with PowerBI?
  • Helped to reduce paperwork
  • Reduced errors and improved response time to changes
  • saved labor and increased efficiency of EDI processing
Our staff find it easy to use, easy to learn and it has the features we need.
Deacom ERP is much faster to respond to bulk sales order processing, large numbers of EDI transactions and query response time. Deacom ERP support is vastly better, and the team is very helpful.

Deacom ERP is well suited for manufacturing operations, as in a bakery. Deacom ERP EDI is helpful and the team is great. Deacom ERP support is also a strong point
