Overall Satisfaction with Deacom ERP

I've helped companies implement Deacom ERP at their businesses. Deacom ERP helps provide controls and data visibility to multi-entity businesses which may have no current-state ERP or may need a consolidated ERP solution.

Pros

  • sales order management
  • purchase order management
  • production job management

Cons

  • MRP - it is rather difficult to understand
  • Quality Control - it is not possible to effectively note/track hold reasons and drive action
  • Deacom gave us complete visibility to our consumption and waste where we had NOTHING previously.
There are some quirks of the system that aren't necessarily intuitive or inline with modern app design, but so far it does everything we need it to.

Deacom is well suited for businesses seeking an all-in-one solution which doesn't require much programming/scripting expertise. The reports and layouts are pretty customize-able and don't require a ton of technical expertise.
