Use Cases and Deployment Scope

After years of lost receipts and missing petty cash records, Dext Prepare (with Receipt Bank) has solved the issue simply and quickly.
Each of our managers has an account that allows them easy access to upload receipts and invoices that could otherwise be lost on their travels to the main office, as we run busy bars shops and finance/accounts are not onsite.

Assigns the uploaded documents to the right account
Picks up on duplicated documents accurately to avoid double payments by mistake

The team find this way of working much better than the paper-based system

Usability

It is super easy to use from the app perspective and is great on the back end with all the features that link to Xero etc.
Simple and easy to use and no training needed as it is very intuitive

Likelihood to Recommend

I would say that any company that has more than one site, with their finance function onsite would benefit from this app. The ease of uploading documents as and when you get them so that they are not forgotten or lots is great.
It works well for bars and restaurants where paper can get misplaced.
I can see it working well for builders or tradesman who have a lot of receipts to keep track of for their self assessment
