Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Meetings
Dialpad Meetings has been very dependable and the quality of the video and sound has met al our requirements. We do a large number of online demonstrations and we especially like that we can have rooms set up for each of our people.
Pros
- Recording video and audio
- Ease of signing in for our prospects and clients
- Flexibility to share screens and customized views.
Cons
- The only thing I would like to see improved is the ability to stop and start the recording.
- I could get more use out of Dialpad if I could edit recordings
- I would like the ability to make it easier to share recordings
- I would like to see more notifications when someone calls my dialpad number
Company decided on a service that was more inclusive then just using Zoom or something similar. Also we have had some bad experiences with Ring Central
