Overall Satisfaction with Dialpad Sell

Since I'm an employee outside of the base country of my company. It has helped me reach clients from different states with no hassle. I can also keep track of my daily progress; review my calls easily; and the most helpful part is that it transcribes your call real time. This helps me a lot because sometimes the line might not be clear but with the help of the transcribing feature I can still get the information.
