It is very easy to use and a much better product than RingCentral (what I used previously). It just feels better. But, the issue with trying to link it to SalesForce is the only reason I would not give it a 10.

Dialpad Ai Sales Center helps me keep track of my medicare clients and sometimes their passwords to their portals. I try my best to keep up with my clients information to give them the best experience possible. and Dialpad Ai Sales Center helps me 100% to complete that, when i need to retrace my steps the top search button comes in clutch!

The Dialpad Ai Sales Center is well suited to all uses at my place of business. It is used for coworker as well as customer interaction, transfer of files, meeting notices, and general communication. I personally handle ongoing memberships and sales, and frequently use the voicemail drop feature to save time on clearing lists and reminding customers that they're due for renewal. The AI integration also helps when taking payments, as any missed numbers can be retrieved from the call log afterwards. While there are no immediate non-appropriate examples, a text feature would be very useful if possible given the way VoIP operates. All in all, Dialpad has served its purpose very well in my line of business!

When it gets really busy and calls, come in Dialpad messes up sometimes it kicks me off duty when I’m available and ready to answer a call sometimes it won’t allow me to dial out to dispatch there’s issues on a regular basis it’s not the best program

I am able to manage my team and how they approach each call. I like that it is very user friendly. I have yet to run into any issues within using Dialpad. If I do run into an issue, it is resolved within minutes from the help desk. I would recommend it.

One time when I was on a call, I was not able to hear the prospect as the voice was not clear. But then I used the transcript feature of Dialpad and I was able to read and understand what they were trying to say. It's a very useful feature of Dialpad.

It's great to be able to call a client or other coworkers through my computer and not have to worry about where my phone is and if it's charged. I wish the texting functionality was more robust. I would like to see past chat or call history when searching a number before calling again, instead, it only pops up after the call has begun.

Reaching out to prospects and being able to refer back to our call transcripts. Any time I wrap up a call with a prospective client, I am able to rename our call & their contact information for east reference to keep things organized within my sales desk. Dialpad also integrates very well with external products such as Salesforce, Slack, and Gmail. Using Dialpad Sell with these products hasn’t not only enhanced them but has also improved by closing success rate and allows me to get deals done 20% faster. Not appropriate for personal use or non business related calls.

Dialpad Sell is great for multiple call routing options and if you need multiple lines. It is flexible to adapt as your needs as a business changes. It would be less appropriate if you only need a single line for a mobile phone as there are other options out there that are cheaper and easier to use for a single line.

Dialpad can be very useful and can save a lot of time. I have a call-based job and have to remember a lot of things. Dialpad has completely replaced my task note as it keeps everything saved as audio as well as texts. In addition to it, we can easily get access to the analytics where it shows the summary at a glance. You can always check if your teammates are free to talk or on a call. You get unlimited server storage of your call records and transcripts.
I would recommend the Dialpad team to add the transcript and listen to the call recording feature in their mobile app.

The use of Dialpad has made my job quite easier. It's convenient to make calls with the use of any device, it automatically displays my availability and status. I can transfer calls anytime at just a click while also being able to hear that. However, sometimes it has connectivity issues during calls. I also face issues while using multiple devices at once. Its integration with my email is the best feature as I can also access VM's over email. The app can be improved by making a better UI and organizing the directory well.

Dialpad Sell is well suited for small to mid-sized businesses. We have grown from less than a dozen employees to several dozen and Dialpad has enabled it to be seamless from a telephony standpoint. We have also needed additional call centers with different features, access, and use cases and it is simply a few clicks to set up.

[From my experience] whenever it [Dialpad Sell] is updated it begins to fail, hangs, or does not connect the calls, sometimes it does not respond when several calls come in at the same time. Also if several applications are being used at the same time it does not respond, for example being in a video call. The rest is excellent.
