Overall Satisfaction with Diligent HighBond

Implementation Rating

I was not involved in the implementation, but i do think the interface works well and is a great tool to centralize our compliance program. I'm currently in the process of exploring many of the advanced features and using the Diligent Academy to learn about some of these exciting features to add value to our organization. I recently attended a CPE and was very impressed with the presenters and their energy and knowledge of the product.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Majority of our team uses as an interface to track all of our sox controls and related details. Further, we submit our control evidence monthly to support our year end audit on controls over financial reporting. I've recently begun exploring some of the advanced features such as analytics and other tools to support our growing internal audit function.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Clean interface that is user friendly

Cons

Tracking request submission to a specific month can get tricky.
Sometimes takes a little extra effort to match an email request to the correct request in the interface
Continue to promote your academy and upcoming learning opportunities

HighBond Risk and Compliance Visibility

I'm excited to learn about the dashboards and have the ability to provide management with important information to support decision making. Currently, our sox program is in the early states and this tool will be key to supporting our compliance initiatives. As of now, our primary use for most team members is tracking our sox controls and submissions.

FloQast

I'm excited about diligent due to the fact that they provide many tools to support compliance through use of analytics and testing processes. We also use FloQast, for which I'm an advocate for, however I'm not sure they have expanded yet to support analytics and testing. I don't have any further experience with other products.

Likelihood to Recommend

Product is a great tool to serve as a central point to compile and document sox controls. This allows transparency across the team and teammates to edit and view progress. The tool also provides an interface that will make it easy for the internal audit team to track and compile control requests. I particularly like how it lets all of the control owners take ownership of their controls. I am currently exploring some of the advanced tools that support testing and the accuracy and completeness of our data, which i'm very excited to explore.
