Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using it primarily for our compliance work related to SOX, SOC 2 and PCI (at the current time). We were primarily Excel based and thus moving away from totally manual based operations to single hosted repository.

Integration with multiple third party platforms and databases.
Manage the audit process including issue remediation.
Dashboards and reports to all users inc. non-Diligent One users
Provide a single version of the truth

Cons

Improve the TPRM functionality
Improve the functionality and features of Risk Manager to be more complete so that it covers the whole spread from ERM to individual risk assessments.
Improve their overall UI/UX.
Provide a lot more ready robots for customers to use for all the basic areas. For e.g. user access udit for source repos from different vendors, etc.
