Overall Satisfaction with Diligent One Platform

I was not in the process of the implementation of highbond in my organization but I think that it will be very helpful to have frequently training so that we can use the platform the fullest.
First, we use Highbond to track and document our audit processes from planning to the results presentation, also we use ACL Analytics and Robots to automate many of our reviews and send the results to the process responsible so that they can explain them and justify if it is necessary.

  • Storyboards
  • Changes in the people that it is charge of selling the product
  • Lack of assistant or personal training about new tools
  • Good comments of what we are doing with robots and that we can anticipate to possible problems identify in the audit process
We have the storyboard dashboards but we have not used it.

It is appropriated if you want to track the audit process and have everything in just one platform, also if you want to automate tasks that your team repeat everyday or frequently.
